Mounsif Chtaiti

Mounsif played football for more than 14 years for German clubs on a semi-professional level and subsequently became a football referee for another couple of years.

Before joining Spike Consulting as a managing partner, Mounsif was a director at a management consultancy in Frankfurt coordinating activities within Europe and the MENA Region.

With 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mounsif has considerable expertise about leading banks, asset managers, financial services provider, private equity companies, hedge funds, insurance companies, and reinsurers – mainly in areas such as strategy development, business process reengineering, product structuring, project management and regulatory requirements.

He has been involved in assignments all over Germany as well as in London, New York and in the MENA region, gaining substantial experience abroad.

After his trainee program with a leading German bank, Mounsif started his career as a management consultant with a London based firm, before he joined Ernst & Young where he was part of the Global Financial Services team. From 2007 until 2010 Mounsif has been working as a project manager at Emirates Bank in Dubai, where he was heading the project management office (PMO) for the Risk Management Department of the Emirates NBD Group. In his position at Emirates NBD, he was directly reporting to the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

Mounsif holds a degree in Business administration, specialised in Banking and Finance and a degree in Business Law with a focus on financial law. He is currently completing his master program in commercial law (LL.M.).

Kai Asmussen

Kai is a former semi-professional tennis player in Germany`s second division.

An expert in real estate with a significant experience in financial services, he has served as a senior advisor to several financial institutions, including major international banks, wealth management institutions and blue chip companies. Kai is regular participant at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Before joining Spike Consulting as a managing partner, he was the founder and managing director of Pantheos Consulting, a German real estate advisory company.

Prior to that, he worked with NAI Apollo, a major real estate commercial company, and Eschner & Partner, where he gained substantial experience in the residential real estate business. Kai has completed his traineeship at Porsche AG, Frankfurt.

David R. Knower

David Knower is Partner and Head of Cerberus Deutschland Beteiligungsberatung GmbH since 2003.

Mr. Knower joined Cerberus in 2003. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Knower founded and worked for five years, from 1997 to 2002, at International Executive Search, an executive search firm. Prior to this, Mr. Knower spent 11 years, from 1986 to 1997, in various finance and controlling positions for Procter & Gamble in Germany, Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Knower is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Mr. Knower is Vice President and Executive Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany, President of the American German Business Club in Frankfurt, Global Board Member Republicans Overseas, Board Member Aspen Institute, Board Member American Institute for Contemporary German Studies, Vice President of the Steuben‐Schurz Gesellschaft, and Member of the Board of trustees of “The English Theatre”, in Frankfurt. David also serves on various supervisory and advisory boards in Germany.

In 2012 Mr. Knower received the “Medal of Honor” from the City of Frankfurt, which was presented to him by Lord Mayor Petra Roth.

Mr. Knower, born in May of 1961, is an American Citizen and a Resident of Germany. He is married and has three children.

Christophe Troendle

Christophe Troendle is presently Commercial Director at ATP Banque Eric Sturdza Geneva Open.
Mr. Troendle has worked for more than 15 years in the Sport Industry from Manager to CEO of an Summer Olympic Federation. Over those years, Christophe realized that most of the small and midsize entities are not able to exploit their commercial potential fully for mainly 2 reasons: no time and no understanding. Christophe is dedicated to help those entities exploiting their dormant opportunities. Before joining the ATP Open, Mr. Troendle was holding several roles in sport federations such as:

• Commercial and Marketing Director at World Taekwondo Federation
• Director General at International Hockey Federation (FIH)
• Commercial and Communications Executive Director at International Equestrian Federation (FEI)
• Commercial Director at Anschutz Entertainment Inc (GSHC, Ice-Hockey franchise)
• Marketing Manager at UEFA

M. Troendle started his career at Nestlé, where he was holding the role of a Marketing Director (Japan, Australia, Asia Pacific, Switzerland).

Graduated from the University of Geneva, Mr. Troendle holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and in Commercial and Industrial Science.
